My husband and I stayed at Mooncottage for our honeymoon. The place is amazing on all levels. The views are breathtaking and the set up of the cottage is perfect for a romantic getaway. We had the best time ever!

Brian's place was the perfect spot for a romantic getaway for two! We especially loved the view, the secludedness, and how close we were to nature. In the future I would probably book directly through the Mooncottage website (or at least check the price there) since it will be cheaper than through Airbnb.

One of the most beautiful views on St. John. We had a terrific, relaxing stay. A great place to curl up with a book and stare out at the ocean. The house, while compact, had everything we needed. Just to reiterate some points in the listing and other reviews: a Jeep is a must for accessing the property. Overall, a beautiful property and relaxing stay. The check-in process was fantastic and no hiccups.

We had an amazing time at the Moon Cottage, celebrating our anniversary! This home was perfect for our trip away. It provided everything we hoped for and more. We hope to return someday!!

This property has by far the most beautiful view on St. John island. It is not easy to get to, but worth the view. I would caution that the villa is quite open to the out of doors. Overall we had a great time.

We could not have had a more intimate, romantic, secluded and connected to nature experience for our wedding/honeymoon week! Words cannot describe the beauty and breathtaking views of Mooncottage! Communication was easy and prompt on every detail before, during, and after arrival. Everything from grocery delivery to private chefs was arranged and executed without a hiccup. We will never forget our special time at Mooncottage and the feeling it gave us of being just the two of us in our own tropical paradise.

This place is perfect for any honeymoon or anniversary trip. My wife and I came for our one year anniversary and had a great experience. The view from the pool and and terrace is unbelievable, especially in the morning for sunrise. Right down the hill are a bunch of little restaurants and bars, we loved Skinny Legs and Rhumb Lines. Also would recommend renting a dinghy right in Coral Bay and taking it out to Limeout for lunch. The host Janet and the on-island host/greeter Jalayne were both super friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful with any questions or needs we had. Just make sure you rent a car with 4WD.
