IMPORTANT NOTICES:
1. Travel Insurance: We highly recommend Trip Interruption Insurance for any unexpected issues like family emergencies or rare severe weather. We cannot be held responsible for refunds of any kind due to these or other like occurrences. We will help you with a recommendation.
2. Rental Agreement: You will need to sign our standard Rental Agreement and Liability Waiver electronically via DocuSign for your endorsement, which will supersede all other agreements.
3. Satisfaction: We like to speak to our guests in-person on the phone before you book the villa–but that is often not possible due to 3rd party sites’ (AirBnb / VRBO) rules about blocking contact information until booking. So please ask detailed questions in your inquiry.
4. Rentals falling on or around Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year’s will have a holiday surcharge, which may not be reflected in your automated online quotation if made through a 3rd party site.
5. Minimum stays: Our guests usually rent 7+ nights. Shorter stays of 4-6 nights are available but carry a short-stay surcharge. Inquire about discounts for longer stays.
6. We ask our guests to keep the noise level low after 8 PM as we are in a quiet, rural residential community where sounds carry. The natural night sounds are magical.
